I rarely rate apps, but this was a truly horrible app and experience. to retrieve my benihana birthday certificate, I had to create a new account from my desktop, install the app on my phone, try to log in on the phone (my correct password wasn't accepted), reset my password on the desktop, re-enter it on the phone, then try to figure out where it actually went. very non-intuitive app with severe bugs. one star is generous for this app and service.

What idiot named this "Friends with Benefits"? How did that make it past your legal team? Well, the name of exemplifies the outcome. Using this new program is like a one night stand. The old Benihana $50 print and go for birthday certificates was soooo much easier. The fact it's been rolled into this program is e$hitification at its finest. Servers have no clue how to tender it. Requires a phone number and shocker, can't even use the app in restaurant to redeem the cert. Complete cluster f.

This rating is based purely on the name. Not even the app itself, which works great and is linked to several great restaurants. But this is the worst possible name for a food based app. Who thought calling it FWB Loyalty and is showing Friends with Benefits on the logo is a good idea? It's going to potentially cause some major problems with couples. This name change caught me by surprise, and I'm glad I caught it before my partner saw it and freaked out without knowing what it was.
